Herminio strongly advocates Health and Safety  and always hence is on its Top priority . Herminio conducted a Fire safety training program for all Employees and identified and trained Fire and Emergency warriors not only for company disaster but general welfare of the society too.

External experts of the field were solicited to design the program with specific trainings in consisted of

• Smart and lean and best plan of evacuation from place of fire.
• Reading maps and Exit signs for self and safety of others.
• Assembly point and its discipline .
• Right way of addressing heat  smoke and fire  that prevents evacuation
• Apt and right use of fire extinguisher(s) including its type and usage as applicable based on type of fire.
• Operation of water hose where applicable.
