HERMINIO is a leading manufacturer of precision components catering to different segments including Automobiles, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Brake, Air & Gas.
Started by highly technical team of management of Indian origin with brand GALA in late nineties and later on taken over for its fast evolvement of technical expertise and market brand by HOERBIGER group in 2009 . We have been in the manufacturing of precision components since 1997 and are associated with many domestic as well as global customers throughout their journey since then, carving a niche in the global compressor manufacturers segment.
HERMINIO established in 2020 took over the inheritance from HOERBIGER and now provides a One stop solution for Valve Reeds, Retainers, Valve Plates & Assemblies.
HERMINIO offers global network as added value to customers through local contacts in major countries , fast response and stable processes. Our products and plants are approved by all major Global compressor OEMS.
The company has fleet of efficient and well maintained presses ranging from 25 tons to 250 tons in order to meet stringent production requirements. The ‘precision blanking technology’ engineered over the years reduces the shear zone and produces an edge quality, which nears the ‘fine blanking’ technology.
Maintaining top quality with our proprietary mechanisms
HERMINIO is proud to have the finest and proprietary finishing mechanism called ‘deburring’ process which relieves tensile stress and induces compressive stress resulting in sturdy fatigue life. This mechanism also ensures that the Reeds have uniform burr free edge radius with requisite surface finish.
HERMINIO has ‘poka-yoke’ systems in place and tailored its own automated machines to increase the productivity and accuracy of its manufactured parts.
Expertise in special grinding technology and polishing thereby ensuring leak proof assemblies and more efficient output we have been recognised and accepted globally.

Located in the outskirts of Mumbai with good proximity to the ports, we have two adjacent plants spread over 6000 sq.mtrs with approximately 300 employees cruising towards the growth path.

Mr Ratan Mada is supported by leaders and experts in respective field of Operations , Tooling , Research and Development field in engineering led by Mr. Pravin Patel excellent well supported by Market development skills and strong Quality and Supply Chain approach leading to the best and satisfied customer approach by Mr Raja Iyer and covered by best ethics and Human culture with right legal path steered by Mr. Ashutosh Ranadive.
